FAQs

  • Clients will need to bring the following:

    • A valid identification to verify the credit card transaction;

    • The instrumental or beat to be ready for the session;

    • A flash drive or portable drive to transfer and store session files. Files are not stored or saved on site, so it is important that clients bring their own storage.

  • You’re welcome to bring your own beats, or we can produce or help source beats during your session for an additional cost. Contact us ahead of time if you’re interested in our production services (see music production page for details).

  • Mixing can be done during your session as long as it's accounted for within your booked time. Mastering is completed separately after the session for an additional fee. Several factors influence how long the mixing process will take, including the length of the session, the complexity of the song, and the number of individual tracks. Mixing is billed at the same hourly rate as the recording session.

    Alternatively, mixing can be scheduled and completed outside of your session for an additional fee. Please see here for more information about our mixing services

    We encourage our clients to coordinate with the engineer or producer in advance to discuss their project and tailor the process to their needs.

  • Yes, capacity for each studio is 8 people per session.
