FAQs

  • A recording session focuses on capturing vocals or instruments in the studio. You come in with your beat or instrumental, and we help you record clean, high-quality takes.

A production session, on the other hand, is about creating or developing the music itself. This involves working with a producer to shape the overall sound before recording begins.

  • Each session includes one-on-one time with a producer to create or customize a beat, build out arrangements, add instrumentation, and guide the overall sound. We tailor the session to your creative needs and style.

  • Yes, you can record during a production session but keep in mind that production sessions are priced higher due to the creative work involved in building your track. If you plan to record during the session, let us know in advance and we can price the session accordingly.

  • Yes, absolutely. Bringing your own ideas, sample loops, voice memos, or reference tracks is encouraged and helps our producers understand your vision faster. Whether it's a melody in your head, a beat you love, or a vibe you're going for, the more direction you provide, the more tailored and collaborative the session will be.

  • Beats created during a production session remain the property of the producer unless exclusive rights are purchased. Your session fee covers the time and creative service, not ownership. If you'd like full ownership and exclusive rights to the beat, that can be arranged for an additional fee. Otherwise, the beat is considered a collaborative work and will be subject to a royalty split between the artist and the producer. We’re happy to discuss the best option for your goals before your session.
